NBC Health Risk Management Services is responsible for assessment and management of disability claims. We work closely with employers in managing the disability claims.

To achieve maximum benefit to all our stakeholders, we have a training program to ensure that employers and member representatives are familiar with the terms of the disability processes and procedures. We also aid members and employers by giving advice on treatment modes and ensuring that claims are processed on time.

Health Risk Management Services works through the contacts at company level.  We provide our service to the company and members with queries gets assistance directly from their HR Personnel/ Administrator responsible for processing claims at the company.
